Hot, cold or loud: our textile systems solve the problem exactly where it arises — and can be removed again at any time.
Reduces heat losses at valves, flanges and vessels — for measurably lower energy costs.
Prevents condensation and ice build-up on cold lines and plant components.
Reduces noise right at the source — at pumps, valves and units.
Protects your staff from hot surfaces — and stays removable for maintenance.
Uninsulated valves, flanges and pumps are among the biggest hidden energy losses in a plant. Work out in 30 seconds what textile insulation would do for you.
An uninsulated DN100-valve loses around 180 °C around 1.6 kW of heat — continuously, for as long as the plant is running.

Flexible textile insulation systems – also known as insulation pads or insulation mattresses – are made-to-measure, removable thermal insulation made from high-quality technical fabrics. They are used on piping, valves, flanges, heat exchangers and vessels and, unlike rigid cladding, allow easy maintenance of the equipment underneath.
We supply customers from more than 15 industries – including chemicals and petrochemicals, power generation and municipal utilities, shipbuilding, the food and beverage industry and general industrial plant engineering. Thanks to our flexible production we also deliver special solutions for complex geometries.
Yes, a key advantage of our textile insulation systems is their reusability. The mattresses can be removed and refitted, which greatly simplifies maintenance and lowers total operating costs.
That depends on the material used. For very high temperatures we use silica or HT fabrics (silica fabric up to 1,000 °C), for standard applications glass needle mats and PTFE-coated fabrics. The data sheets are in the download area – we are happy to advise on the right choice.
Yes. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system) and SCC* (Safety Certificate for Contractors). You can view both certificates directly on our website.
We reply to enquiries within 24 hours. An individual quote is usually ready within 24–48 hours – ideally based on a sketch, dimensions or photos of the components to be insulated.
