Miftari Dämm-Flex GmbH is a Leverkusen-based specialist in flexible textile insulation systems. We measure at your plant, manufacture in-house and install — Europe-wide, but with the short lines of a small team.

Since our founding in Leverkusen in 2003 we have been working on a problem that appears in every industrial plant: rigid cladding has to be cut open and replaced at every maintenance date. Flexible textile insulation systems insulate just as well — but can be removed and refitted.
That became our entire business. We manufacture made-to-measure insulation pads and insulation mattresses for piping, valves, flanges, heat exchangers and vessels — each piece for a specific component, not a standard size.
We are a small team — with the advantage of short lines: whoever takes the measurements knows the sewing shop; whoever delivers has held the piece in their hands beforehand. We answer enquiries within 24 hours, and a quote is usually ready within 24 to 48 hours.
Our customers come from more than 15 industries — from chemicals and petrochemicals through power generation, municipal utilities and shipbuilding to the food and beverage industry. Made in Leverkusen, delivered Europe-wide.

Miftari Dämm-Flex GmbH starts operating — focused from day one on flexible, removable insulation rather than rigid cladding.
In-house production and in-house measurement
Cutting, sewing and assembly happen in-house. We take the measurements at the plant ourselves — so we are responsible for the fit from measurement to installation.
Certification to ISO 9001 and SCC*
Documented quality management and the Safety Certificate for Contractors make us a verifiable partner for chemical parks, power plants and plant engineers.

Fit is not a matter of tolerance
Insulation that does not fit exactly loses heat at the seams. That is why we measure ourselves and make a dedicated piece for every component — nothing off the shelf.
One contact person, no ticket system
Whoever calls us speaks to someone who knows the plant and has the production under the same roof. Short lines are the advantage of a small team.
Made in Leverkusen
Cutting, sewing and final inspection take place at our own site. Nothing gets lost along a supply chain, and special requests go straight into production.
Material by application, not by catalogue
Silica and HT fabrics, glass needle mats, PTFE-coated fabrics: we choose the build-up by temperature, medium and environment — and we will also tell you when less is enough.
Maintainable instead of disposable
Our systems can be removed and refitted. Anyone who needs to inspect a valve does not cut open the insulation and does not order a new one.
Safety is a prerequisite
Working in live industrial plants demands credentials, briefings and discipline. SCC* is our foundation for that, not a marketing claim.
