We manufacture segmented insulation that divides the casing into individual, numbered sections. Each segment can be opened on its own – without touching the neighbouring segments.
Yes, all required measuring points are taken into account in the design phase and cleanly integrated into the insulation – sealed and durable.
Initial installation takes 1–5 days depending on turbine size. Refitting after an overhaul is much faster thanks to numbering and fit checks – often 50 % shorter.
Yes, we have experience with insulation for large gas turbines from Siemens Energy, GE and Ansaldo – on request.
