We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data-protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where we obtain consent, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. For processing to perform a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures (e.g. handling your enquiry), the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves the fulfilment of legal obligations, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR the protection of our legitimate interests.

4. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files), in particular:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • page or file accessed
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • Browser type, browser version and operating system

Processing takes place to deliver the website and to ensure stability and security, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have concluded, or will conclude, a data processing agreement with the provider. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. We use no tracking or marketing cookies. To operate the website, only technically necessary information is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage), and it never leaves your device:

6. Enquiry form & e-mail contact

If you contact us via the enquiry form or by e-mail, we process your details (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, information about your project) to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).

Form service provider: To deliver form submissions to our e-mail inbox we use the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Your entries are transmitted to this provider's servers and forwarded to us by e-mail from there. Processing outside the EU cannot be ruled out. Further information is available at formsubmit.co. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by e-mail or telephone at any time.

Your data remains with us until the purpose of storage no longer applies or you ask us to delete it. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

7. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other third parties.
